Most graduates in Ghana are still battling with unemployment, and it is the purpose of the Nation Builders Corps to address some of these social and economic problems.
The main focus of the NABCO employment in Ghana is to help hundreds of thousands of the Ghanaian youth to be engaged in gainful employment in the Seven (7) modules.
The key element here is the concentration of the government of Ghana to help solve the issue of youth unemployment, especially among Ghanaian graduates.

The scope of engagement of trainees in the Heal Ghana module is to provide first aid, emergency, and ambulance services.
2. NABCO Educate Ghana Module
The Educate Ghana module of the NABCO Ghana program is to offer employment to graduate teachers.

The focus of the Ghana Government is on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).

4. NABCO Revenue Ghana Module

6. NABCO Enterprise Ghana Module

With the introduction of the One-District-One-Factory program, the Government of Ghana is keen at setting up a factory in each District in Ghana.
This is to stimulate existing industries and enterprises in Ghana directly.
7. NABCO Digitise Ghana Module

The introduction of government flagship programs like the Digital Address (Ghana Post GPS), National Identification, mobile interoperability, paperless shipment, among others, makes the Digitise Ghana module necessary.

How Is The Nation Builders Corps (NABCO) Training
As a candidate, you will be taken through a series of training to prepare you for the job market.
All trainees will be assigned a resource person who will take them through the necessary training based on the module.
It is interesting to know that the training has three (3) main phases.
Phase one (1) is the soft skill training.
It usually lasts for about three (3), and the rudiments of the training involve module training, discipline, ethics, personal development, and leadership training.
Phase 2 of the NABCO training is the actual program. This phase lasts about 27 months. Everything that goes on in this phase is specific to the module.
The third (3rd) and the final phase of the NABCO Ghana program are called the Exit Training.
This exit training allows the trainee to be engaged in a Six-month employable skill in a particular field.
You can choose to opt-in for entrepreneurship or any of the in-demand skills in any sector.
NABCO Trainee Allowances
As a Nation Builder Corps trainee, you are entitled to a monthly salary of Seven hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS 700) every month.

1. A valid national identification card (NHIS Card, Ghana Card, Passport, and Voters ID card).
2. Email address.
3. Ghana Post GPS address of your current residence.
4. National Service (NSS) PIN.
5. Passport picture (scan the passport picture and save it in a pdf file format).
6. Name of your current District.
7. If you are in the Heal Ghana module, then you have to add your PIN.
8. If you have a degree or diploma certificate, then you have to add the certificate number.
9. Scan your degree or diploma certificate and save it in a pdf file format.
10. Your SSNIT number is also a requirement in the NABCO application.
11. Finally, add your E-Zwich card number.

The application process for the Nation Builders Corps program is very straightforward.

- Enter your Name.
- Provide your active email address.

- Click on “Next” to continue your NABCO registration.
- Select your ID Card Type: either NHIS, Ghana Card, Passport, etc.

- At the bottom-left of the screen, upload your highest Degree or Diploma certificate.
- Click on the “Next” button and continue with your NABCO online registration.
- Choose your employment status, current employer, and your employer’s phone number.
- Next, enter the name and phone number of your “Next of Kin” in the spaces provided.
- Also, enter your E-Zwich Card Number.
- Click on the “Next” button and go to the final stage of the registration.
- Review the registration information you have provided and make sure all the entries are correct.
- Finally, click on “Save & Exit” to complete your NABCO Ghana registration.
- A pop-up will actually appear on your screen asking you to confirm your submission, click on “Yes, submit form,” and close the page.

Can I Apply For NABCO Now In 2021?
No. The 2021 recruitment has not started, so you cannot apply for the program now.
Because the portal is not open for enrollment into the Nation Builders Corps, you cannot apply for the 2021 program today.
