MODE OF PAYMENT BY DEREK PROPERTIES

1. Cash payment: Derek option is opened to everyone who is desirous of making full payment, and upon completion of the building of the house, the purchase is granted full occupation without any reservation or restrictive condition.

2. Payment by installment: The Purchaser pays 40% deposit, 30%Lintel, and 30% upon completion
